Alice joined Birketts in October 2021 and was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2016 having trained at a regional law firm. She is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Team.
As part of the Corporate Team Alice provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of businesses, general advice to boards regarding compliance with the Companies Act 2006 and investment transactions.
