Arwa joined Birketts in September 2015. She is an Associate in our Corporate Team and based in our Norwich office.
Arwa deals with a wide range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, and acts for a variety of clients extending from small, family-owned, businesses to large corporates.
Arwa also advises on general company law matters including articles of association, shareholder agreements, share issues, transfers and buybacks.
Arwa forms part of our Food and Beverages Team and assists with mergers and acquisitions in the food and beverages sector and acts for a variety of clients from small, family-owned businesses to large corporates. She enjoys learning about businesses in the food and beverages sector to give clients practical advice tailored to their specific requirements.
