Ben is a Solicitor in our Private Wealth Disputes Team based in Norwich.
Ben advises individuals, executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries in relation to a wide variety of contentious trusts and probate matters including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenges to the validity of Wills, and disputes concerning the administration of estates and trusts.
Ben is committed to providing practical advice to clients and resolving issues in a cost-effective manner, including through alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. Ben also has experience of court proceedings and cases that have proceeded to trial.
Prior to Ben’s qualification in 2024, Ben joined Birketts in 2021 as a Paralegal before moving on to become a Trainee Solicitor in 2022. During his time as a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor, Ben has spent time with the Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investment, Commercial Litigation, Corporate, and Private Client Advisory teams based in Norwich.
