Ben Green is a Solicitor in our private wealth disputes team based in Norwich.
Ben advises individuals, executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries in relation to a wide variety of inheritance, estate and trust disputes including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, challenges to the validity of Wills, and disputes concerning the administration of estates and trusts, including the removal of executors and/or trustees.
Ben is committed to providing practical advice to clients and resolving issues in a cost-effective manner, including through alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. Ben also has experience of court proceedings and cases that have proceeded to trial.
