Caitlin Sparrow is a Solicitor in our corporate team, based in the Chelmsford office.
Caitlin advises on a variety of corporate transactional work and has experience advising on both share and asset acquisitions and disposals as well as company demergers, re-organisations and joint ventures.
She advises on a broad range of corporate transactional matters and has experience acting on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, as well as company demergers, reorganisations and joint ventures.
Caitlin also advises on general corporate matters including, allotments of shares, share buy-backs and share capital reductions as well as advising on shareholder’s agreements and corporate governance issues.
She joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2023 and completed seats in Commercial real estate, Corporate, Employment and Public sector.
