Devreaux Gravell

Devreaux qualified as a Solicitor in September 2001 and joined Birketts in September 2019.

He is a Partner and Finance Lawyer in our Corporate Team and is Head of our Real Estate Finance Team.

Prior to joining Birketts, Devreaux worked at a leading London-based global law firm where he advised on a wide range of finance transactions. Devreaux has extensive experience of advising both lenders and borrowers on all aspects of general corporate lending and real estate finance transactions.

As a result of the global financial crisis of 2007-2008 Devreaux also has considerable experience of restructuring a wide range of finance transactions from both a lender and borrower perspective.
