Elle qualified as a Solicitor in September 2017 and is a member of our Agriculture and Estates Team, having joined the firm in January 2022.
Elle maintains a broad agricultural property practice and acts for a wide range of clients, from private individuals, trustees and partnerships through to landed estates, developers and farming enterprises. She regularly deals with all aspects of land management, acquisitions, sales and refinancing and is increasingly working on natural capital projects.
Elle enjoys the variety that her role as a lawyer working within the rural sector brings, reflective of the changing landscape and challenges that agri-businesses and estates face in order to continue to grow and thrive. She has acted for both landowners and developers on a range of diversification projects (including solar, residential and commercial developments) and also enjoys working on refinancing matters, advising both banks and borrowers.
Elle is based at our Cambridge office.
