Gabriella Banham
Gabriella joined Birketts in March 2020. She works within the Property Litigation Team in the Cambridge office.
Gabriella works closely with the Cambridge Property Litigation team under Lynsey Ellard’s supervision, assisting and providing support to the team on high value property disputes such as commercial landlord and tenant disputes, applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (‘TOLATA’), issues arising out of the exercise of break options, possession claims, dilapidations claims, party wall disputes, trespass and nuisance claims and disputes over easements.
Gabriella has over 7 years’ experience working within the legal industry, assisting Solicitors in full service law firms in Cambridge, gaining experience in Property Litigation, Construction Litigation, Employment Law and Real Estate.
Gabriella is currently studying with CILEX Law School to qualify as a Property Litigation CILEX Lawyer.
In addition to CILEX Law School, Gabriella speaks 4 languages and has a degree in communication and also in business management.
Gabriella is passionate about supporting the firm’s charity events and hosts bi-annual raffle and bake sales in our Cambridge office in aid of various charities in Cambridge and East Anglia.
