Josephine (better known as Josie) joined Birketts in 2021 and is a commercial real estate solicitor within the public sector team (qualified March 2026).
Josie assists the team with real estate transactions including commercial landlord and tenant matters and sales and acquisitions of predominantly local authority owned land. Josie also assists on a number of development projects for local authority clients.
Josie currently volunteers at the Suffolk Law Centre through Birketts.
