Josh qualified as a Solicitor in September 2009 and is a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department.
He acts for both corporate and individual clients across a wide range of industries and sectors and has considerable experience of conducting litigation in the County Court and the High Court.
Josh is a tenacious litigator with experience of resolving high value and complex disputes. He provides advice on a wide variety of contractual and commercial disputes including negligence claims against professionals. Josh also acts for a number of regional and national house builders predominantly supporting customer care teams in a post-sale capacity.
Josh regularly deals with insolvency proceedings and acts for both petitioning creditors as well as for clients who require swift injunctive proceedings in response to winding-up petitions issued against them as an abuse of process.
Josh is based in our Ipswich office.
