Lisa qualified as a Solicitor in October 2006 and joined Birketts in 2007.

She is a Partner in our Corporate Team.

Lisa is an experienced Employee Incentives Lawyer and public speaker. She is praised by clients for her clear, concise and pragmatic advice.

With specialist expertise in the area of employee incentives and rewards Lisa advises clients on the design, drafting and tax efficiency of all types of incentive arrangements as well as the suitability and effectiveness of existing schemes. She also provides training, support and guidance to assist with successful implementation of employee incentives to maximise effectiveness.

Lisa is an advocate of employee ownership. She works with clients who are already employee owned and supports those who are looking to move towards employee ownership. Lisa’s experience as an In-house Lawyer working in a London Borough prior to joining Birketts, coupled with her employee ownership expertise means that she is well placed to assist with public sector spin-outs.
