Marion joined Birketts in October 2004 as a Legal Secretary.
She started her training contract in September 2015 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Corporate Team in September 2017.
Marion has experience assisting on sales and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and commercial services, such as assisting with the drafting and advising on terms and conditions.
During her training, Marion undertook seats with our Shipping and International Trade Team where she assisted on a wide variety of shipping litigation and arbitration matters, and with our Commercial Property Team, where she assisted with matters including freehold and leasehold commercial and residential property dealings, together with more specialist diocesan and ecclesiastical matters.
