Marion Bennett is an Associate in the corporate team.
Marion advises on a full range of company law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, share allotments (including equity investments in private limited companies) and general corporate advisory work.
Marion leads a small specialist team responsible for the incorporation of management companies and the seamless handover of residential developments to owners. In this role, she works closely with a number of major house builders to ensure efficient and practical solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
Marion also advises on the corporate aspects of collective enfranchisements, with particular experience in drafting and advising on articles of association.
Marion is a member of the family business team, providing corporate support on matters arising from family and private client structures.
She is also part of the firm’s food and beverages sector team, working with a wide range of food and beverage clients and advising on a variety of corporate and company law matters.
