Mark joined Birketts in 1995 and became a Partner in 2007.
Mark works in our Commercial and Technology Team in Birketts’ Ipswich and Chelmsford offices.
Mark is a commercial lawyer with wide ranging expertise in complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation including energy supply contracts, IT and computer contracts, agency and distribution agreements. He also specialises in data protection law.
Mark is based at our Ipswich office. He is a graduate of Oxford University and qualified as a Solicitor in September 1997.
