Natasha qualified as a Solicitor in September 2014 and joined Birketts in 2017. She is a Senior Associate in our Private Client Advisory team, based in our Chelmsford office.
She is an Associate member of STEP and has been recognised as a “leading lawyer” in the Legal 500.
Natasha has experience advising on a wide range of private client matters, with a focus on UK succession and tax planning for individuals. Natasha also has experience advising in relation to Wills, Trusts (and associated Deeds and documents), Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate Applications and Estate Administration matters (including post death variations).
Natasha understands that it is important to get to know clients and to take time to understand them, their families and their businesses as a whole in order to be able to provide tailored advice to them and to meet their specific needs and objectives. She regularly works together with colleagues from other teams within the firm (such as our family, property, corporate, tax and agricultural teams) to ensure that clients receive a full service.
Recent work highlights
Natasha has recently worked on a high value intestate estate matter comprising business assets, foreign assets and multiple properties.
Natasha has recently advised a client on the tax advantages of setting up a vulnerable persons’ trust and has worked with the tax and trust team to ensure the relevant registrations and elections were made.
