Olivia Button is a Senior Associate in our real estate investment team in our Norwich office.
Olivia assists leading real estate investment firms, managers and institutional investors with their commercial real estate. This includes the acquisition and disposal of large retail parks, office blocks and other prime commercial property, whilst dealing with any required financing. Olivia assists clients with implementing their asset management strategies, which involve granting new leases and lease renewals, dealing with lease surrenders, licences for alterations, licences to assign or underlet and advising clients on Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 formalities.
Olivia also has extensive residential property expertise, previously advising on all aspects of prime residential real estate including sales and purchases in the London property market for a large international law firm in London. This work also involved the subsequent management of large property portfolios for clients and advice to developers on new-build projects.

Advising M7 on sale of retail warehouse portfolio worth more than £45,000,000.
Advised Martley Capital on the acquisition of a three asset regional office portfolio with a combined value of approximately £40m, forming the latest investments for the manager’s specialist MCRO Fund.
