Peter joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2020 and qualified as a Solicitor with our Shipping and International Trade Team in September 2022. He is based at our Ipswich office.
Peter advises clients on a wide range of shipping litigation matters, including charterparty disputes and cargo claims, and is regularly involved in LMAA Arbitration proceedings.
Before joining Birketts, Peter graduated from the University of Warwick in 2017 with a 2:1 in History. Following his undergraduate degree, Peter completed the GDL and the LPC LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law, attaining a Commendation and a Distinction, respectively.
