We act for both claimants and defendants (both corporate clients and individuals) across a wide range of industry sectors in disputes involving publication of defamatory content by email circulation or posting of digital content online or on social media, and/or user-generated content posted on media platforms. We act for clients in the High Court as well as representing their interests in complaints made to UK regulatory bodies including IPSO, Ofcom and ICO.

We have expertise in handling fast moving, crisis management situations and have extensive experience in seeking urgent removal of unwanted news coverage concerning our clients both in the UK and abroad, often working closely with our clients’ public relations advisers to achieve desired outcomes.
