party that is involved in dealing with construction claims and disputes.

The course will look at the different types of construction claims including:
- Extension of time claims
- Loss and/or Expense claims
- Delay and Disruption claims
- Claims for payment (Interim and Final Account), to include the concept of “smash and grab” adjudications
- Defects claims
