Lucy Easey

Having joined Birketts in 2018, Lucy qualified as a Solicitor in March 2023. Lucy is a Solicitor in our Corporate Team based in our Ipswich office.
Lucy advises clients on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals and group restructures. Lucy also advises on general corporate matters, such as the incorporation of companies, directors’ and shareholders’ rights, articles of association, board meetings and transfer of shares.
During her training contract, Lucy sat with the Private Client Advisory Team, Corporate Team and Construction and Engineering Team. Prior to this, Lucy was a paralegal in the Commercial Property Team in Norwich.
Lucy is fluent in Spanish.
Prior to joining Birketts Lucy graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a 2:1 degree in Law. In 2021 Lucy achieved a Distinction in the LPC LLM in Legal Practice at the University of Law (Norwich).
Outside of work Lucy enjoys travelling, socialising with friends and family, and long walks in the countryside with her husband and their dogs.
Lucy is fluent in Spanish.
