Birketts advises on sale of Castons Consulting Limited and CCAS Limited

Birketts’ Corporate Team has advised the shareholders of Castons Consulting Limited and CCAS Limited in their sale to Artelia Holdings SAS.
Castons Consulting is one of East Anglia’s leading professional property and construction consultants, providing surveying, construction, and health and safety services to the private and public sectors, in particular healthcare and education. Castons Construction Advisory Service (CCAS) Ltd is a construction related health & safety consultancy, established in 1995 at the inception of the original Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
As a result of the sale, both Castons Consulting and CCAS have joined the Artelia Group, an independent project and engineering consultancy working across the built environment, energy, mobility, industry, and water sectors. Castons will continue its operations under its existing name, benefitting from the support and resources of Artelia Group.
Legal Director Rachel Astill led the Birketts team, and was assisted by Alexandra Nelson (Partner, Corporate), Lucy Easey (Solicitor, Corporate), Lucy Wolfenden (Trainee Solicitor, Corporate), Jonathan Insley (Senior Associate, Employment), Stacy Aspden (Legal Director, Commercial Property), Robbie Watson (Senior Associate, Corporate Tax) and Edward Bouckley (Senior Associate, Commercial and Technology).
