Sophia has a wealth of experience acting for farmers, landowners, agri-businesses and banks in all the complexities of agricultural, residential, Natural Capital and equestrian work which includes landlord and tenant matters.
Sophia Leads our Natural Capital Sector and is at the forefront, together with her specialist colleagues in planning, commercial, tax and corporate, in advising on all elements of Natural Capital which includes biodiversity, carbon, Landscape Recovery projects and nutrient neutrality.
Sophia also specialises in buying and selling land, farms and estates, equestrian facilities, renewable energy, agricultural tenancies and complex finance and refinance matters.
Sophia works with our Private Client Advisory Team to provide strategic tax, partnership, business and personal succession planning and structuring advice.
Sophia is a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association and is also a Director of Fakenham Racecourse and a member of the Norfolk Committee for the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust having been a former Chairman.
