Top 100 UK law firm Birketts has advised on the successful sale of Essex-based business 7D Digital Limited to Epsilon Telecommunications Limited for an undisclosed fee.
7D Digital, the development and design agency founded in 2015 by Russell Galpin, has worked with several high profile clients, with designers and developers specialising in creating applications and business solutions for a variety of industries, including telecommunications and travel. Additionally, 7D Digital have also been working with Internet of Things (IoT) devices such as smart speakers.
The Birketts team was led by Heidi Jones (Senior Associate, Corporate) and included James Stocker (Solicitor, Corporate), Nicholas West (Associate, Employment) and Nahla Faiz (Solicitor, Property).

7D Digital has been working with Epsilon since 2015 on the development of Infiny, Epsilon’s network orchestration and customer engagement platform. The acquisition means that 7D Digital can now fully commit to the development of Infiny going forward.
