Boasting years of IT experience in the healthcare sector, X-tention has provided tailored software solutions for a range of healthcare facilities including nursing homes, hospitals and social facilities, including one of the largest hospital chains in Europe, Helios International.
X-tention is part of a wider group which has interests in eHealth providers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It is planned that the acquisition of Cloud 21 will further grow X-tention’s market position in the UK.
Heidi Jones of Birketts commented, “We are delighted to have been introduced to X-tention by Austrian lawyer/colleague Alois Hutterer, with whom we have worked in the past.
