Birketts has assisted leading software company, Matterlab Ltd (Matterlab), in securing investment from a group of high net worth individuals for an undisclosed sum. The Matterlab team include directors, shareholders and co-founders, Mark Thorley, David Flynn and Radu Gidei.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in London, Matterlab Ltd specialises in digital consulting and software development for the construction industry. Its team works closely with leading organisations in the building industry to design strategies and software for advancing workflows. This investment will help accelerate the growth of its consulting division and cloud platform.
Birketts’ team was led by Senior Associate Heidi Jones (Corporate) with assistance from Associate Nicholas West (Employment). They worked closely alongside Hayley Sheppard of Rickard Luckin.
