On the transaction, Ed Savory, commented: “It has been a pleasure working with Boskalis / Gardline on this transaction concluding a series of disposals of non-core assets since Gardline was acquired by Boskalis back in August 2017. As always, we enjoyed working alongside Cees Visser (Boskalis), Lindsey Crockett (Gardline) and Scott Lindsay (M+A Partners). Under the guidance of Tern Capital, C.A. Design Services will continue to build on its leading position in the market, and we wish Guy, Aaron and the team the best of luck for the future.”
