Chris qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and joined Birketts in October 2020. He is a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate Team and part of our Housebuilder Sector Group.
Chris is experienced in a broad range of commercial property work and specialises in residential development work. With his clients including, amongst others, local and regional house builders, Chris is experienced in negotiating conditional and unconditional contracts, option agreements, overage and clawback agreements, site assembly, disposals of affordable housing and overseeing plot sales.
Chis is ranked as a ‘leading individual’ by Legal 500 [UK 2021].
Chris is based in our Norwich office but assists colleagues across our offices in Cambridge, Chelmsford, Ipswich and London.
