Angela joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024 and ze is currently in hir fourth seat with the intellectual property team in our Cambridge office.
Hir first seat was with the construction and engineering team in the Cambridge office and hir second seat was with the public sector team in the Chelmsford office. Ze then returned to the Cambridge office for hir third seat with the employment team.
Prior to Birketts, Angela studied law at the University of Leeds and achieved a first in hir degree. Ze then worked at hir local Citizen’s Advice as an adviser. Afterwards, ze completed the LLM Legal Practice (SQE 1 & SQE 2) with the University of Law, Nottingham and completed electives in Commercial & International Trade Law, Employment Law and Insurance Law.
