Kirsty Scripps

Kirsty joined Birketts in September 2006. She became a Legal Secretary in the Employment Team in 2011. She was promoted by the team to a Paralegal in June 2016, becoming a Legal Executive (Graduate Member) in June 2021.

Kirsty is a member of the firm’s Employee Incentives Team and assists clients with the design and implementation of all manner of employee incentive schemes and arrangements, including tax-advantaged Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) share options.  Kirsty has particular expertise in share scheme administration and employment related securities reporting.

Kirsty is a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Kirsty is based in the Ipswich office.

Experience & education

Kirsty joined Birketts in September 2006.

Kirsty worked as a Paralegal in our Employment team for five years where she gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of general employment and employee incentives law and practice.

Kirsty has been working solely on employee incentives matters since 2021 which has allowed her to develop her skills and knowledge in the sector over this time.

She completed her academic studies with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2021.
