Birketts’ Corporate Team has advised Assystem, a leading global nuclear engineering group, on its acquisition of Mactech Energy Group (Mactech).
Mactech is a UK-based company known for its expertise in construction capabilities for the nuclear industry.
This move demonstrates Assystem’s commitment and long-term investment to the UKs nuclear industry.
