Having joined Birketts in 2018, Lucy qualified as a Solicitor in March 2023.
Lucy is a Solicitor in our Corporate Team based in our Ipswich office.
Lucy advises clients on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals and group restructures. Lucy also advises on general corporate matters, such as the incorporation of companies, directors’ and shareholders’ rights, articles of association, board meetings and transfer of shares.
During her training contract, Lucy sat with the Private Client Advisory Team, Corporate Team and Construction and Engineering Team. Prior to this, Lucy was a Paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate Team in Norwich.
Lucy is fluent in Spanish.
Lucy is on maternity leave.
