Rachel Parsons

Rachel joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2023.

Rachel is currently in her third seat in the Regulatory and Corporate Defence Team in the Ipswich office.

The Regulatory and Corporate Defence Team cover a broad range of advice including: Corporate and Regulatory Crime, Health and Safety, Environmental Crime, Fatality and Serious Injury work, Financial Crime, License Applications, Public Inquiry and Inquests, Building and Fire Safety, General Crime (Magistrates or Crown Court), Transport and Logistics.

With such a wide range of services and areas of law that the RCD team offers, Rachel is always available to discuss, and encourages anyone with an enquiry for the Regulatory and Corporate Defence Team to contact her with their query to see if Birketts can assist in the matter and she will signpost you to the right fee earner.

Rachel’s first seat was with the Real Estate Finance Team, part of the wider Commercial Property Team based in our Norwich office. Her second seat was with the Corporate Team in the Chelmsford office.

2022 Legal Head-hunted in London and then Travelled parts of Asia.
2023 Joined Birketts.
