Laura Gray

Laura qualified as a Solicitor in March 2012. She joined Birketts in September 2018 as an Associate and is a member of our Corporate Team and Employee Incentives Team. Laura specialises in advising on the sale of businesses to employee ownership trusts (EOT)
Laura also advises on a full range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, group restructurings and general company law issues.
Laura has gained significant experience and has a particular focus on advising family owner-managed businesses with all the particular challenges that face this unique sector, including succession planning, sales and acquisitions, governance issues, disputes, and exits.
She also covers partnership matters including drafting and amending patnership deeds, assisting with partnership disputes, and retirement of partners and exit strategies.
Laura forms part of Food Sector Team and the Public Sector Team and is based in the Ipswich Office.
