Birketts has advised one of the UK’s leading hospitality businesses, Chestnut, on its acquisition of The Wiveton Bell, one of Norfolk’s best-loved dining pubs.
With an already impressive range of locations across East Anglia, The Wiveton Bell is the latest to be added to Chestnut’s stylish collection of pubs, restaurants and hotels, each celebrating the people, provenance and personality of the region.
Chestnut now have five locations along the Norfolk coast with Birketts having also advised on the acquisitions of The Feathers Hotel and The Lawns Hotel & Wine Bar, both in Holt, and The Maltings in Weybourne in the last 18 months.
