UK Top 50 law firm Birketts has advised the shareholders of HHB Communications on its successful sale to AIM-listed AV distributor, Midwich Group.
HHB was founded in 1976 and is an award-winning distributor of professional audio equipment supplied by more than 120 manufacturers and leading brands, serving audio professionals for more than 45 years. To complement this offering, HHB created its Source Distribution division in 2006, in order to support the distribution channel sales of 15 leading distributed brands including RODE and Genelec.
The transaction was led by Head of Corporate, Rafael Ruiz, with support from Tom Utting (Corporate), Faye Power (Corporate), Clare Barlow (Employment), Nicholas West (Employment), Duncan Williamson (Property) and Robbie Watson (Corporate Tax).
