Birketts’ Residential Property Team in Norwich has recently recruited Victoria Pollington and Paul Kenrick in response to ever increasing client demand.
In just over two years, the team has more than doubled in size from two qualified lawyers and one secretary, to four qualified lawyers, two paralegals and two secretaries.
Nicola Lebish, Senior Associate and Team Leader in Norwich commented: “Our expanding Residential Property Team has extensive experience in handling a wide range of services from sale and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions and enfranchisement, equity release along with mainstream property advice. Our strong reputation and eminent brand means that we act for clients from all over East Anglia and London, and beyond, to far flung parts of England.”
She continued: “We have been in existence for over 150 years but know that longevity alone does not demonstrate excellence. We are committed to providing a distinct and superior service, embracing modern technology, but keeping our clients at the heart of all that we do. We know that the process can be frustrating and stressful at times but our combination of technical expertise, great personalities and competitive pricing for the service we offer is a formidable formula that really works.”
Birketts provides residential property advice from each of its four offices (Cambridge, Chelmsford, Ipswich and Norwich) and is supported by a broad range of other disciplines including property litigation, planning, construction and private client matters such as wills, probate and tax planning which allows us to offer a full range of services relating not only to residential property but to numerous other related areas of law which you may need.
