Birketts completes another successful instruction for YFM

UK Top 50 law firm Birketts has advised YFM on its successful investment into London Drainage Facilities (LDF).
Founded in 1982, YFM is an independently owned private equity investor transforming SMEs through investment. With over £420m of funds under management, YFM specialises in facilitating management buyouts and securing growth capital opportunities for businesses across all sectors. Boasting a strong regional office network, YFM oversees venture capital trusts as well as private equity funds.
LDF, established in 2006, has fast become one of London’s leading providers of planned, emergency and drain repair services. The business has built an impressive base of hospitality, facilities and property management, social housing, education and healthcare customers.
The Birketts team acting for YFM was led by Adam Jones, Head of Private Equity, alongside Alex Forwood (Corporate), Tom Utting (Corporate), Nick West (Employment), Karl Pocock (Corporate Tax), Robbie Watson (Corporate Tax) and Charles Thackeray (Real Estate).
