Georgina Perrott

Georgina is a Senior Associate in our Commercial and Technology Team and is based in our Cambridge office. She joined Birketts in September 2016.
Prior to joining Birketts, Georgina trained at an international law firm, based in its London office. She also has in-house experience, having worked in the legal departments of a UK telecoms provider and an intellectual property management company.
Georgina’s expertise is in commercial work, including intellectual property and data protection. She has experience of drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts including agreements for the supply of goods and/or services, software licensing agreements (including SaaS), intellectual property licences and assignments, research and collaboration agreements, consultancy agreements, agency and distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Georgina has worked with clients from a variety of sectors, including technology, IT, life sciences, professional services and retail, on both UK and cross-border matters.
Georgina qualified as a Solicitor in September 2016.
