Amanda Early

Amanda is a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate Team and is based in our Chelmsford office.
Amanda deals with the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property as well as working on other essential landlord and tenant projects such as lease renewals, licences to assign/underlet/carry out alterations along with many other landlord and tenant issues for individual and corporate clients. She is also active in real estate finance acting on behalf of both banks or borrowers. In addition, Amanda also provides property support to our Corporate and Banking Teams.
Amanda’s most recent work includes dealing with the property aspects, and project managing the sale of the Chichester Hotel and Restaurant a family run business in Rawreth as well as acting on the acquisition of new leasehold premises for Benefit Cosmetics Ltd in the relocation of their UK Head Office.
Amanda also manages a number of property portfolios for clients, including acting for a franchisee of Costa Coffee and KFC restaurants across the country. In addition, Amanda heads the legal team for Riduna Park in Melton, Suffolk.
Amanda is a graduate of the University of East Anglia and was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2010. She has spent time working in both our Ipswich Property Litigation Team as well as the Chelmsford Commercial Property Team giving her a well-rounded education in the sphere of commercial property work.

In her spare time Amanda is a keen runner having taken part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon and the Great North Run in Newcastle on a number of occasions but is still aiming to achieve that elusive sub two hour run!
