Georgina Perrott is a Senior Associate in our commercial and technology team, based in our Cambridge office.

She has over ten years’ experience advising clients on commercial transactions with particular expertise in the technology, energy and infrastructure, and natural capital sectors. Georgina drafts and negotiates a wide range of commercial contracts (including goods and services agreements, intellectual property licences and assignments, software development and licensing arrangements, and agency and distribution agreements), helps clients prepare user-friendly template contracts for repeated use with different customers and provides advice in relation to non-contentious intellectual property, data protection and confidentiality. She aims to provide clear and pragmatic advice on legal issues and, when drafting, to create commercially balanced contracts which protect her client’s position without creating unnecessary friction in negotiations.

She brings valuable in-house perspective from previous roles with a telecoms infrastructure provider and an intellectual property strategy firm. This experience enables her to provide business-focused advice which reflects the practical realities faced by clients when negotiating and managing commercial arrangements.
