
Naomi is a Senior Associate with over 12 years’ experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She has a proven track record in successfully running complex and high value litigation and disputes.
Naomi undertakes work in the following areas:
- Administrative and public law litigation (including Procurement Disputes and Judicial Review).
- Education dispute management (including student issues).
- Charities (disputes and regulatory issues).
Naomi has experience in all stages of Court proceedings and expertise in litigation strategy and resolution (including mediation). She has dealt with procurement disputes in the health sector, rail sector, innovation sector and pharmaceutical industry.
She has advised schools and universities in respect of disputes involving contractual breach and issues of discrimination (including Equality Act claims) and safeguarding. Naomi is based in our Cambridge office and operates firm-wide.
