Birketts appoints eight new Partners

Birketts, the premier East of England law firm, has announced the appointment of eight new Partners, taking the total number of Partners in the firm to 67 (on 1 June 2019).
Those promoted represent a number of different practice areas. Corporate law experts Alexandra Nelson and Ed Savory, as well as banking and finance specialists Alex Schaafsma and Andrew Tubb have all been recognised. Additionally, Matthew Gowen a Barrister within the firm’s Regulatory and Corporate Defence Team and contentious trust and probate specialist Bernadette Baker have also joined the Partnership. Finally, the Commercial Property division is represented by real estate investment expert Cameron Barlow and Jeremy Stanton who specialises in strategic land development.
