Birketts, a UK top 50 law firm, has advised Anglian Home Improvements on its successful acquisition of blinds and curtains manufacturer, Norwich Sunblinds.
Anglian Home Improvements was founded in 1966. Originally launched as Anglian Windows, the Norfolk-based business has since diversified, now offering a wide range of home improvement products which includes conservatories, windows and doors as part of the Anglian Group. With a factory in Attleborough in Norfolk, Norwich Sunblinds sells curtains, blinds and shutters to customers employing 17 people having been originally founded in 1979 by John Reddington.
The Birketts team was led by Ed Savory (Corporate) and was assisted by Lucy Easey, Macauley Alsford and Lorraine Porter (Corporate), Karl Pocock and Robbie Watson (Tax), Charles Thackeray and Matthew Grindley (Property), and Benjamin Lewins (Employment).
