Top 50 law firm Birketts has advised on the management buyout of Taylor Made Joinery Interiors Limited (TMJ Interiors), a leading joinery business established in 1981 by the majority shareholder, James Taylor.
Birketts advised the shareholders on the sale of their shares to the management team at TMJ Interiors. TMJ Interiors is known for its commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovative solutions and boasts Windsor Castle, the 2012 Olympic Park, the Royal Opera House and the Millenium Ceiling at St Edmundsbury Cathedral amongst its clients.
Advising on the buyout were Birketts’ Corporate Team, led by Alex Nelson, Partner, and Emma Bysouth, Legal Director, with support from Ieva Grakulskyte, Carole Bugg, Kirsty Scripps, Lisa Hayward, Rosanna Drinkhouse, Stacy Aspden, Devreaux Gravell and Anthony Morton.
