Birketts has supported global facilities services group OCS on its acquisition of leading, hard services-led facilities management provider EMCOR UK.
EMCOR UK delivers integrated facilities management solutions across defence, infrastructure and government environments. The company focuses on creating safe, efficient, and sustainable workspaces through services such as building maintenance, energy management, and technical engineering support.
The deal marks a significant strategic move for OCS. The combined organisation brings significant engineering depth, strong national coverage and a shared commitment to safe, high-quality service for customers.
Birketts advised OCS on a comprehensive legal due diligence process on EMCOR UK and advised on submission of the required UK government approvals for the transaction.
