Rachel Winter

Rachel was admitted as a Solicitor in 2009 and joined Birketts in November 2011.

She is a Partner in our Private Client Advisory Team.

Rachel advises individuals, business owners, landowners and their families on a wide range of matters including wills, succession and tax planning, the creation, taxation and administration of trusts, powers of attorney and probate.

Rachel advises on and offers practical solutions to all individuals on succession planning and Wills. Rachel has considerable experience of different family circumstances, including step families, blended families and estranged families and also where some family members are involved in a family business and some are not.

She has experience of administering cross-border estates. Recent cases have involved assets in China, United States of America, South Africa, France and New Zealand.
